4g Issues when flashing new roms

Hello All,

I've flashed CM10.1 and Liquid Smooth 2.2.1 [JB 4.2.2] and 4g seems to not work for either of them, no matter which nightly/version I flash. I've tried multiple reboots and I can't figure out what's going on and why it doesn't work.

Whenever I try a AOKP ROM I find something broken. Switch to stock and see if 4G works. If it does, then it is something in the ROM.
