4G LTE in the Peoria Area

Looks like Verizon is doing some testing or perhaps getting ready to turn on 4G for the Peoria IL. area.
My Rezound has been connected to a 4G signal all morning. I though may be my phone was messed up,
but I shut it down and restarted it - still showing 4G.

I noticed 4G around lunch today because I am usually on wifi all day. I cannot get a constant lock on it however, I keep switching between 3G and 4G. Are you in the city of Peoria? I am out in Metamora. I'm sure that they are just testing currently but this is a good sign that it will light up soon.

Nothing here in Pekin(south edge of Peoria) still 3G.
Probably just preliminary testing. But, it's coming... Sooner than I even thought.

Yep, Had 4g at Grand Prairie Mall at lunchtime and Northpoint at dinner time. WaHOO.
Not sure if it will reach as far out as Pekin, but here's hoping.!

It reaches north pekin right now...give it a couple more days, we're still doing some work with the equipment.

The 4G signal is still going strong in Peoria/East Peoria this morning. Here is to hoping it stays
