WiFi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

I'm having the same problem with my S21 FE and it's NOT the router. Wifi refuses to stay on and connected, continuously shuts off after a few seconds and I've tried everything outside of factory reset because I've seen it's not helped. I reset wifi settings and that seemed to keep it on for longer than 5 min, but still turns off on it's own.

Thanks Mustang and MrT. Would you mind explaining how I set a static IP?
You would have to go into your home Wi-Fi router what available IP address then

Go to Settings, then Connections, then Wi-Fi. Select the settings icon next to the current network, then View more. Select IP settings, then Static. Enter the new IP address and select Save.

My screenshot is in phones WiFi settings you tap to static .

I was facing the same problem, my phone (ROG 3) was unable to connect to the WiFi and was stuck in a Connecting... -> Connected -> Disconnected loop. Turns out my phone was unable to find the default gateway. I fixed that by enabling a custom gateway from where my connection is routed and it worked.

Putting network usage setting to treat as unmetered seemed to work for me

I am having the same issue - every few days all android devices disconnecting from home wifi. I've tried everything. Restarting/rebooting devices and router, spoke with EE but it's not phones as tablet does the same and it has no SIM. No issues with any other devices including phones.. just android (all Samsung).

I'm paying a fortune for full fibre and have replaced router twice so it's not the actual router.

Please please can anyone advise a fix?

Welcome to AC!
You tried some of the suggestions here?

Hi everybody, thanks for the help so far. Although the suggestions listed above didnt work for me, i think I found a new workaround.
Problem: Same wifi connected -> disconnected -> connecting loop as everybody but it happened on two separate mobile devices. The devices connection still works with other wifis though, even hotspots.
Ive tried: restarting/rebooting devices and router, clearing cache. Even replacing router and assigning a static IP-Address didnt work.
My workaround: In router settings, I assigned a guest-wifi hosted by the same router. picked a random password and boom, connection is stable.
I am really confused as to why this works, so if somebody understands please let me know. I am not sure if this is a long-term solution, as my devices used to work with the original wifi for some time before they started disconnecting more often until they were in a complete loop. Cheers everybody
