4g network errors

I live in Columbus Ohio an area that has 4g. I can connect to it but when i go to use the inter net I get a network error. Any one else experiance the same thing?

It's worked fine for me for the most part, but I do get the error message every once in a while . Miami, fl

My mom got one two and she seems to have the same issue. I wonder if its a Sprint thing or a EVO thing. I want my 4g.
