4G setting

I have been using the CDMA-only setting, but today we got 4G. In the *#*#4636#*#* menu, what is the correct setting to get 4G and CDMA?

Update: Never mind, I found it.

Just a note, you don't need to dial up those numbers in the future if you download the LTE ON/OFF (HTC Thunderbolt) from the Play store.
