Is this normal ?I thought when WiFi was connectedit was supposed to disappear. Anyone else experience this?

Yes, the 4G always shows on my phone even when connected to WiFi. I don't know if it's normal, though.

Normal. When you connect to a WiFi network your phone still maintains a cellular connection. The icon for the cell connection remains to show which cell network your are still connected to. You still need the cell connection to receive phone calls, SMS/MMS messages, etc. Everything else will use the WiFi connection for data.

As long as you don't see the "parentheses" moving over top the 4g icon then it's not using your mobile data. The phone is set up to use wifi first always.
