4k recording mode gone after 5.1.1

I'm pretty sure I had a ultra hd recording mode and now i only have these. I updated to 5.1.1 a few days ago but just noticed.

Is that the standard camera app? Looks different than what's on mine.
And yes I have the option to go 4K recording.

Yea it's the standard camera app. But im irritated I lost the other modes and I don't want to factory reset. I wonder maybe because I have an international version but that shouldn't matter right
