5.0.1 Update Problems

Can no longer disable lock screen.
Like the new keyboard a whole lot.

Can't also disable it.. This damm Carrier updates are so annoying..

My phone is great. No issues and no battery drain. In fact the update fixed an issue I was having from the Lollipop update.

Is anyone experiencing numerous dropped calls? I have the Galaxy Note 4 on AT&T network and ever since I got lollipop. I have been experiencing dropped calls and the phone freezes up several times a day.


Any ideas or fixes?

I’m also on Verizon but since the update I’m getting an inordinate number of “bug report ready to be sent” messages. I can’t remember ever having had them before the 5.0.1 update.

I received my used phone from VZW, placed my existing battery into and out went right back into the boot loop. I decided to replace the battery. I decided to put it into the the phone I purchased. It fired right up.

So at least in my case the update fried my battery some how.

VZW store would never be able to do that type of testing since they do not carry or sell replacement batteries.
