5.01 Battery Full notification

I think it's nearly unanimous that LG and AT&T have ruined the lock screen notifications with the 5.01 update. Here is something else that's beyond annoying. When it's charging and hits 100%, it will give a battery full notification and a sound with it. Then a few minutes later it will give it again, and again, and again. So stupid.

I had the same problem, repeatedly getting "battery full" notifications with sound when charging. I found a new volume setting in Settings->Sound->Volume "Touch feedback & system". I set that slider to 0, and the notifications still come but they are silent, which is fine with me. Notifications I care about, like incoming texts, still arrive with sound. This setting has the pleasant (for me) side effect that it also controls the sounds the phone likes to make when shutting down and booting. Seems like a pretty good solution, unless you really like those system sounds, or like audible feedback when typing.

As far as I know there is no 5.0.2 update yet.
