Hi all,,

Those of you that have received the 5.1.1 update can you confirm how big the file was.
am running lolli 5.0.1 and just got an update that am downloading now. But the file size is 650mb and am worried that it might be filled with Samsung junk.

I have the international version with a minimum bloat on it at the moment...uploadfromtaptalk1441481286128.jpg

So I decided to install the update and it's way better than 5.0.1. Phone is snappier or so it looks. The recent app menu launch a tick faster now. The jury is still out for the battery performance.
So if you are like me and was not to impress with 5.0.1, then this 5.1.1 is what you need.

I'm not downloading the update, I have disabled it. On 5.0.1 my phone is fast, battery excellent. Don't see the need for it.

Mine is the international unlock. The 910C. Maybe that's the reason why bcos there's no carrier bs to deal with.

Some of the newer T-Mobile Note 4s come preinstalled with 5.1.1

I bought my Note 4 Thursday and it is a SM-N910T3.

My smartphones:
SM-N910T3
SM-N920T
SM-G900T
SGH-T999

Mines the International Unlocked N910F and I don't have it either.
It could be a batch by batch update.
Where are you guys located? Europe or America or the other continents (forgot my geography at home)

I'm in England. Usually Russia and Poland gets the updates before England.

Can't understand why everyone wants it so badly. Lollipop has to be one of the worst Android OS ever. It literally crippled my phone, so I went back to KitKat and I'm more than happy with it. I am sure 5.1.1 is an improvement compared to previous versions of LP but it will never be as stable as KK, that's probably why Google abandoned it and released M instead. But each to their own I suppose.

I personally disagree, Lollipop is my favourite Android OS yet. It runs perfect on my Note 4.

I've not had any problems whatsoever.

It was 640 something MB on Sprint iirc. Was a good upgrade, 5.0.1 was a buggy mess on my phone...5.1.1 fixes everything...to be fair...I did do a facotry data reset immediately.

When will Verizon Note 3 get the Lollipop update? My husband has it on AT&T and he has it.
