$50 Best Buy Card???????????

I signed up for Samsung Pay on 12-15-15 and have yet to receive my BB $50 rebate card. I emailed the company that handles this for Samsung and they have not contacted me.It has been over 3 weeks.

I signed up for this and asked for the wireless charger. It came in the mail this last Saturday. I would be patient. I know they apologized for how long it was taking, but I can say, I just got my item. I suspect the gift cards are not far behind.
