Just used the $50 Uber Eats yesterday. Didn't have any delivery options near me so I did the pickup option. Ended up getting $50.25 worth of Papa John's for 25 cents, very nice.

Who didn't take the voucher? Papa John's? The voucher is for Uber app, if you are ordering Papa John's from Uber eats it shouldn't matter where you are ordering food from as long as it's in Uber eats app. Papa John's has no say in it, so I'm confused

To the last question. Yes that is correct. I don't know of it because I don't pay for there service or didn't add a debit card or what. Uber eats just tells me they don't take it to choose a different restaurant. So I don't know. I just did the app to use voucher.

Not sure I completely understand the problem you are having, but if the $50 voucher is successfully applied to your Uber Eats account, then you should see it in Uber Eats App ->Account-> Wallet-> Vouchers.

Once it's there, when you order food via the Uber eats app, then that voucher will be applied to the order. Restaurant doesn't matter as long as you are ordering from inside the app. Also you don't have to pay anything to use Uber Eats. You can use it without any subscription as well.

Right. I have the voucher there in my wallet and it just when I go to process order Uber tells me the restaurant doesn't take the voucher which is why I'm confused since I'm using Uber eats to order. Oh well. I'll try again this weekend. Thanks tho.

Oh that could be it, may be they need some kind of card on your account as backup for any other charges. Even if it's less than the voucher value they might still need it for some kind of authorization etc.

Try adding a card to your account and then order. Make sure before placing order the voucher is in fact applied. Hopefully that's it and it'll work after that.

How do I use this, as it's not showing in the payment wallet of Uber. Does it just know?
