512 GB built in Storage Note 9?

I think they will do as they've always done. They'll make two storage variants. The major flagships are increasing storage with every passing year. They'll have a 128 with SD card slot and 256 storage with SD card slot. I can't see them going 512g yet
I would like to have two places to keep storage on a phone.
You know they're going to be 1000.00 to 1200.00 .
And people will pay. jmo

Memory isn't that cheap, i recently brought a 1TB SSD which is the same size as a credit card just a bit thicker, well........you don't get much change from 400

Only some Asian markets, isn't it available in 128gb. 256gb micro SD does it for me

Ole Sammy will probably step their game up further.
I see them offering other colors and more storage choices on the S9 and S9+, right before they bust out the Galaxy X. That phone gonna bring it. That's when you'll see the 512g.
Yea, I know,
keep dreaming right 😁

I would have gone completely the other way. Getting rid of the SD card is the best reason to increase storage by this much :)

My thoughts too! If they start the storage options at 128 or 256 with 512 as an option. Then I could see them getting rid of the SD Card slot altogether.

There'll be a LOT of disgruntled potential buyers, including myself, if they get rid of micro SD card

I doubt Samsung will make that mistake again, they will be the absolute LAST manufacturer to ditch SD, they really burned their fingers trying it on the Note 5

I agree with you. But at some point as storage prices continue to go down...when will the SD card not be needed for storage. I mean if I can get 256 or 512 on the S9 or N9....i won't need a SD card to be honest.
Anything I need to swap between phones i can store in the cloud and download when at home on wifi.
