Not sure what you are talking about. I do have the app and every thing works fine, except for what I mentioned above.
I noticed a similar coverage issue until my phone finished configuring itself in the fi app...I'm sorry, I can't recall the exact verbiage, but it displays at the top when you open the app if it needs done.
