If it's of any use, I've literally gone down this route and changed from my iPhone SE to the Nokia 6.1, it's a great phone, build quality is of a flagship device, specs are more than adequate for the price, Android one so runs smooth and fluid, updates are coming through quickly (had two already).
The only thing that lets it down a bit is the camera, it's not great in low light and daytime one's need the detail turned up a little in post photo editing.
But for what the device costs, it's a bargain - something which is lacking in today's world of mobile phones. The Moto G6 range is a competitor but has a worse processor, worse GPU, lower benchmark scores... Yet reviews will recommend it as the bargain device, but from testing and specs, the Nokia 6.1 has that title IMO.
