Huawei/Google sent out an OTA update to 7.1.1, I installed it as per usual, trying to stay up-to-date and secure, and when it rebooted to install the update, the device is now in a hard bootloop. Spent an hour on the phone with Google who told me that this wasn't their problem because it was bought used, and to call Huawei. They said that I am out of warranty and now they will not replace or fix this.

Nobody is going to help, and I have already tried wiping/flashing everything to 7.1.1, then an older version. Can't even GET into the recovery mode. Am I just out this money? Is there anything I can do?

How do you know Huawei is involved? Yes they made the phone but Google owns the software. They don't want to get involved so they send you Huawei. If you have a Ifixit nearby they can probably help. Actually they have an app on Play store. Called Ifixit. Check it out.
