6P Default Email App?

Will Nine support windows live? Also looks like there are in app purchases. I am assuming that is to buy the full version which is $9.99?

Not sure about windows live and yes the full version is $9.99. Well worth it IMO. I've searched long and hard for a good exchange email client and this one fit the bill. I think you have a decent trial time though (I can't remember the difference between free and paid).

The Huawei email app on my Ascend Mate 2 works well for Yahoo so I'm hoping there is a secondary email app. If not, I will have to use the yahoo mail app which is bloated and slow. I tried to let gmail pull my emails over and it was a mess with duplicates and lost mail.

Sorry for resurrecting this thread. Do the Nine LED and sound notifications work for everyone? For the life of me I can't seem to get them to work. I turned them on in the Nine app but its like Marshmallow just ignores it and defaults to the white LED Pulse notification and sound.

Another vote for Nine. It is the best email app on any mobile platform, if you want to connect to Exchange.

I still have an old AOL account I use for some business (no haters please). My last phone, I was forced to install the AOL app, and the only way to check those emails was to open the app, click on the mail, and go. Personally thought it was a bit of a PITA, since every phone before that I never had to do that. Of course I was aware that on the 6p that there would be no preinstalled AOL which is fine, but I also knew I needed to download the app to access those emails. Turns out, the 6p pushed my AOL emails without having to open the app. Very nice and unexpected bonus.

Thanks for this. I just installed Nine and it cleared all of my frustrations with my work email. Due to some weird security things my job has, the gmail app couldn't fully support my email more than IMAP. The outlook app couldn't either. I had access to my email but not my calendar. Well nine just cleared that all up. Thanks.

100% agreement. Struggled with getting my exchange account synced with email, contacts and calendar but our security wouldn't work with Gmail. Nine worked well and was a breeze to set up.

Thank you for sharing.

Well I tried using the NINE app for exchange and i get an error saying - 'cannot connect to the server'
