6T battery life

I noticed a huge difference with the dark theme. my wife got the 6t the same time as me, I put mine in dark theme, she stayed with the light theme and my battery lasts a lot longer than hers with about the same usage

Yep, same here. My battery life had increased significantly since switching to the dark theme. And it was already great!
Here's today's usage. I'm so impressed with this phone!

I will post a screenshot once I drain it completely. It's a noticeable difference from what I've been getting two days ago.

That is good to know. I currently have the Huawei Mate 10Pro and it is a battery beast but have been thinking about getting the OP6T. I want to go back to stock android.

First smartphone since the BlackBerry days that I've ever had get me through a day. I'm at 40% and just shy of 4 hours of screen on time.
Had the phone for five days, first full day at work with it. Usually have to charge once, I don't have a ton of screen time but I am almost always streaming something. I do radio streaming for three hours in the morning, then podcasts, music, some short gaming sessions here and there, a little Waze for traffic going to and from work, plus usually 35-40 minutes of a TV show at lunch. Full auto brightness and adaptive display.

Oh yeah, I returned the device. After seeing that big a change in my battery life from a update that supposedly had " bug fixes and improved performance" I couldn't keep it. I've had issues with OnePlus before with my 1+2 and 1+3. I guess this was just the nail in the coffin.

My first OP6T experience and the battery life is phenomenal. The more the device is used. Android Pie learn and extends the life.

I know this isn't an amazing picture showing 10hrs of screen on time, but it is 29 hours since it had been charged, with 5 and a half hours of screen on time. So lots of standby time, still with a good deal of screen on, and still at 24%. To me that's amazing. The S9+ it replaced couldn't touch that.

Battery life is good
Maybe some people have squeezed more out of their battery, but for me this is not only the longest I've gone without charging but most screen time on one charge.
Also, I may need to put my phone down and go for a walk or something.
