According to Verizon, the July Security update and the ever present "performance improvements". Got mine yesterday.

Also, it could just be in my head, but I feel like the FPS has been working much better since this update.

I'm really starting to feel very pleased with this phone.

Verizon Software Update Now Available for S20 Ultra 5G

As always no details of its content or fixes, but im assuming it's July's Security update, but It wasn't really small as it took about 7+ mins to download and I have really fast wifi, sec. updates that are about 250mb take about 2-3 minutes to download.

Update #1:according to 9to5Google, Baseband Update ATFG brings further Camera improvements. Will check in the morning.
