Got a nice surprise from Samsung. They emailed a code for a $75 eCertificate because of preorder issues. I already spent it in case they changed their minds.

I also received one also got a extra spen and charging stand for wife's galaxy watch nice thing is I was one of the first to order my cell and I didn't have any problems with order maybe because I beat the traffic

I got the same email as well. That was really nice of Samsung to offer a $75 e-gift certificate. I will probably get a case but who knows. Perhaps, I will splurge.

They offered me a coupon code after I complained about preorder issues. Never received any code. Called again and got a refund back to the credit card instead of coupon. Much better. Didn't need anything from Samsung at this point anyway.

Now I have around 150$ credit left to buy things

My order was confirmed yesterday at 10:30am and it was just delivered at 12noon. If only this happened with our phones.
