I do think that Android has pushed Apple and Apple will continue to push Android. It is a win-win for the customers!
Not on release day they didn't. Apple fleshed out their product family over time. But Apple was smarter. They introduced an entry level Wifi only iPad for under $500.
Shhh. Be very quite!I'm also biased toward Android because, I like the underdog. I think competition is good and helps technology advance forward.

Opps. Is that true? I remembered it the other way round. Well, at least I was correct that they didn't have all their models available on release day.Actually, Apple launched with the WiFi versions and the 3G versions came roughly 6 weeks later.

Nobody tell qnet that Android is now the number one mobile OS on the market (ignoring Symbian of course). Also, nobody tell him that all indicators are the Android market will have more apps than Apple by the end of Q1 or early in Q2.
...or that most analysts on Wall Street believe more Android pads will be sold in 2011 than iPads, even though most of the Android pads won't even be available until mid year.

It certainly helps a lot.It does have a slight edge as Android has many manufacturers while the iOS only has one. The wuantity of devives does help that it continues to push Android as much as Apple pushes iOS.
