9/22/2010 EVO Update posted to Sprint Support page

Just came through for me in the San Francisco Bay Area. Haven't installed yet because I'm afraid of losing my Unrevoked 3 root. Anyone know if it will? I used the S-OFF when I rooted.

I believe you do lose root but you migh get it back with unrevoked. they do have a rooted version out already
