I'm glad they've dropped the price $100 before we release day bogo's have even gotten out rebates back. I guess that's the premium for having the phone on the first day.

Yeah, but that's with a $50 pre-paid card that you get after 12 weeks. I wish Verizon would do the instant rebate but they count on people forgetting to send in for the rebates just like everyone else that offers rebates.

Maybe Amazon will match their price - they currently have it for $149 but it was $168 yesterday.

I was being sarcastic. And yeah, another reason for the rebates if once you cut that UPC code off, you can't return the phone to them. Just them offering a little incentive to avoid returns.
