A little help please?

Ok, I deleted all the .nomedia files, all 92 of them. I cleared data for Gallery. I rebooted. I waited about 15 minutes. Still nothing in Gallery. Nada.

Time to do a fresh install of CM10. I'm hoping that will solve this.
.

That's what I did. I only found one file on the main sdcard file. I deleted it and ROM Manager, rebooted, and I still couldn't see them. I did a clean install, unchecked RM restoring to avoid the corrupt version, and all is well.

Haha that's a great idea! I got (another) bulldog puppy in December and I regular show pictures of her to random people who do or do not ask (lol) to see them. I'm a proud dog dad :)So my "home" movies and pics either get moved to my computer or just enjoyed then deleted to avoid any shocking encounters. So, mind providing a bit more detail on how one goes about doing this?

Using root explorer...
First, make a "home movies" folder with . prefix on your sdcard.

Second, from menu choose new file.

Third, name the file .nomedia

You should now have a .nomedia file in your folder.

Now, just move all of your goodies into this folder. Clear app data and cache from gallery, then reboot.

Whenever you want a goodie, just navigate with root explorer.

I tried several different things but what I think might have worked is....

Uninstall updates in Rom Manager and clear data in media.

Everything better now.

Running 0816 Euroskank CM10.
