A new LG G4 - bluetooth problem

I have upgraded from a BB to LG. My BB worked perfectly in my car (Toyota Etios). However I've tried to link new phone to bluetooth and I can make a call, but I cannot hear the caller on the other end, however they can hear me.
What have I done wrong?
Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the settings icon next to the car, and make sure Phone Audio is checked on.

What OS version have you installed? LP or MM?

I've the same problem with my parrot BT kit.

It seems that it's a software bug.
