Getting your voicemails sent to your e-mail also

I have the Samsung A14 5G on Xfinity Mobile.

I am trying to figure out how to send my voicemails to my emails.

When I sign in to my Xfinity account, there is no option for "Voicemail Notification Settings".

Can someone help me with this?

I even went to the store and they had no idea.

Would prefer not to use a third party app for this.

When I login to my Xfinity Voice, this is what I see.

Not even giving me the option to go to "Settings".

Are Xfinity Voice and the Xfinity account the same thing, or are they two different apps? What do you see in your phone app settings?

Not sure.

I used the same username / password though for both.

There is nothing in the phone app settings to add an e-mail.
