A problem with fingerprint recognition

I am having trouble registering a Third fingerprint. I navigate to add a fingerprint and then enter my security number. Back comes a message THIS APP DOES NOT RUN IN MULTISCREEN. Only have the setting app open, nothing else. I only have screen open
