A strange address came up in my autofill options

I regularly use the Autofill options on my Galaxy S5 for my address and credit card, but the last time I went to use it a strange PO Box in another state came up. How is it possible that this happened? Should I be worried about my phone being hacked?

Don't worry, if you have children or any young people they could have put it in for some reason! I don't think you would have been hacked just to put a po box on your auto fill.
