A week and three hours later my phone is finally back!

I finally received my replacement phone from Asurion and UPS yesterday. I helped my friend with her new Rezound and her laptop last night and I spent all day today getting my new phone ready. It is perfect and just like my phone a week ago!

Now I may need to stop over to my sister's tomorrow afternoon so that she can apply my screen protector. The Verizon stores here are closed on Sundays and I cannot apply screen protectors ... unless I want bubbles!

I had a screen protector on my DInc - didn't save my screen at all. Still got a big ding that gradually got deeper and deeper.

I'm afraid, if you want to save the screen, you'll have to use duct tape.

Honestly, I think the only thing that would save SkaterGirl is one of those nano-coated Droid RAZRs. Too bad UPS didn't redirect her Rezound to that company that does that nano-coating: at least she'd have something to show for the lost week.

You know, the only reason I want to use the screen protector is because of my earrings. I really don't like screen protectors and would prefer not to use them.

I am usually on bluetooth, but sometimes I do have to pick up the phone and I am afraid my earrings will scratch the glass.

Oh ... and I love the floatie device comment! Too funny! :-*
