jpr - do you know anyway for another member to get scrapbook files from a Kies back up prior to a reset. We don't think so. I found mine in a smartclip folder. I'm currently doing a 1st reset myself. Ref Jalopiejoe's thread in Verizon.

Have them create a Samsung account. Then they can sync scrapbook.

Edit: Do you mean they already did a reset? I read it first as how to do it prior to reseting but now I'm not sure which you meant.

In my Kies folder on my computer, it was under /Others/Scrapbook in the backup folder.

Thanks. I left a question if he tried a Samsung restore, like my phone just asked me (I hadn't done a Samsung back up in months). I think he has covered everything he could try. He expected Kies would restore everything. I don't know how to do a thread link on the pc.
Did I read somewhere someone was able to get into Kies back up files. I think you had to back up images and music manually. I just drag to/from a pc. He needed those scrapbook files, Samsung cs said no go.

ON EDIT: Sorry yes, he has already reset, he only did a kies back up priot.

Well in the folder I mentioned above I have some My scrapbook.scc files. I haven't tried to restore them to see if it restores the actual scrapbook files. I'm assuming the Others folder is from the Miscellaneous backup option but I haven't confirmed that.

Ah. Shame. I read on a thread it can take a month for Apple to get you off iMessage. Bit of a screen shift.

Count me in on Note 3 adoration! Coming from iPhones since iPhone launch day in '07! Regarding iMessage stuff-I am rather fortunate that I had no issue. I did my research and turned off iMessage on both iPhone and iPad before I activated my Note 3.I'm getting texts just fine from iPhone users. I'd read that some people still had problems even turning it off ahead of time too, so I count myself lucky. I have a colleague who had to deal with that mess for a month. Pretty ludicrous. I do however, still use my iPad, though I am using my Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus more often since I am on Android for my phone. I haven't become an iOS hater because I still like my iPad, but my phone is the one thing always with me and for that reason do I call myself a convert for being on Android now. And I will definitely say that Android affords freedoms and customizations and has a plenty healthy amount of apps too, and the Note is just so awesome. I love having a stylus to write notes with as I jot down something I need to pick up on the way home. So helpful to me, and with my far sighted eyes, today at the store I didn't even have to use my reading glasses! I could see the screen okay, lol! Not possible with my iPhone. One reason why I wanted a phablet, and the Note just seemed THE one to get in that regard and I can say that for me, hands-down, it is definitely the one!

I switched to my Note 3 from an iPhone 5c a couple weeks ago and I am in love with my note! Love the big screen..Love the camera and I love how customizable it is.

My screen doesn't look big anymore I've got use to it kind of makes me crave a Galaxy Mega 6.3 if it had the the Note3 specifications and S-Pen.

A coworker of mine has the galaxy Mega and it just seems humongous. I know many people say our note 3 is humongous but the Mega 6.3 is ridiculously big.

I think, in my opinion, the Note 3 is the perfect size.

I've had my Note 3 for 3 days now and all I can say is wow!!! Colors are so vivid on the screen, it's blazing fast and .....well.....all in all I am loving it. I have a BlackBerry Z10 as well and an ipad air so I guess pretty much have the bases covered ...lol.
