It should be showing what the caller's carrier is sending, so it could be that all your callers are blocking their caller ID, or that your carrier doesn't handle caller ID properly. Bring it to the carrier and have them check it. (They can call another sales person in the store to see if their name shows up, then call your phone. That can narrow down where the problem is.)
