Aarrgh! l Can you fix your bloody site formatting!

When I click on my notifications icon (e.g. "5 New"), this is what happens. The list of my notificatoins gets chopped off by your banner. This only happens AFTER the side bar ads appear. I'm using Chrome browser on an Wintel laptop, so my configuraiton should be pretty standard. This bug makes it pretty much impossible to see what my notifications are.

The css is evidently being worked on. I had the blue bars on the sides eliminated. Now they still pop up every once in a while. And everyone is busy, either rushing to get work done before the holidays, preparing for the holidays, shopping for the holidays or something like that. After the holidays everyone will be exhausted. I'm waiting until February, maybe, until I start asking questions. (They've done a LOT of work on the site behind the scenes recently.)
