Able to use the AT&T No-contract on T-Mobile?

1) If you decide to buy the AT&T Samsung Galaxy at their $549 no-commitment price, is the phone factory unlocked?

2) Will it be able to use that on the T-Mobile $30 monthly prepaid plans?

3) No more Flash support by Adobe in the near future. Will HTML5 play flash enabled videos perfectly?

The frequencies are different..The AT&T version currently won't support 3G/HSPA+ and vice versa.

However if this specrtum refarming thing really works out then eventually, yes it will work with HSPA+.
