I have a Samsung galaxie s7 but canot get Android 7 , why?

If you got it from a carrier, check with your carrier. If you got it from Samsung, check with Samsung. Or check on https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s7/development Lineage 16 (Pie) is available for it. Or update the ROM to a later version (with Odin) using a "Home" CSC file.
