About, Status, "My phone number" = Unknown - WHY?

Hi,

I'm on 4.0.2 firmware and "Settings->About Phone->Status->My phone number" says "Unknown", anyone know why? Looks like a Nexus bug, any other theories?

This is effecting other security apps which also want to report the phone number.

GSM or CDMA? Have you tried rebooting and/or removing/replacing the SIM?

Are you able to dial in and call your own voicemail from the phone?
