Absence of lockscreen after 6.0

What happened to the lock screen after the update. No longer have one. Unless I have security enabled. And the shortcuts are gone off the lockscreen. I had a timer for my screen to lock for 10 minutes. It used to just go to a swipe gesture within those 10 minutes. Now unless I wait ten minutes there is no lock screen at all.
