I need to get back in the habit myself.

For some reason I'm having trubs (problems) finding my food pics on the phone so I can upload 'em to this here thread.

Love all but the bacon. Bacon hates my reflux buttons ....i can eat ham or canadian bacon for some reason and it doesnt affect my acid reflux. Thats WITH aciphex daily.

Cooked red beans and sausage in the slow cooker yesterday. Came out darned good (he said humbly)...

Love cooking cornbread with my beans and throwing in 1/2 cup og creamed corn with my cornbread batter. Moistens the bread and awesome taste.
