I would just use Tapatalk when the Forums are acting up, but I don't pay for Tapatalk. The uploads are rubbish.Precious!! I have missed Birdie.

I bought Tapatalk Pro years ago to get rid of the ads, before they decided a subscription model would allow them to extract a lot more money from their customers. Thankfully they haven't ruined it. I have seen a fair amount of uproar in the reviews from time to time, and I think that's kept it alive.I have thought about installing Tapatalk, but I just haven't been able to talk myself into it.
Looking forward to more Rupert & Birdie adventures & pictures of Simon, of course.

If I were a very active member of several forums, I might be a little more interested in Tapatalk. However, Android Central is the only forum I participate in. I'm glad the app still meets your needs. There seems to be some very unhappy individuals regarding the changes that the developers implemented.
