My son's cat, Quiet Thunder, "QT" for short, or also known by me as "Captain Fuzzibutt." Occasionally, he gets known as "Quiet Thudder" because he's, well, clumsy.
He loves to race through the house from time to time, and he really puts the pedal to the metal as we called it in trucker's lingo. He's ripping it up back and forth from the eat-in kitchen through the living room, into the short hall and my bedroom.
Well, he comes through on one of his laps, and like a NASCAR driver making a right in the third turn,
Thud! into the wall he goes! I immediately, in a race announcer's voice, say, "And, Ladies and Gentlemen, the Yellow Caution flag goes up as Ricky Bobby goes into the wall in Turn Three!"
The whole room just cracks up. Cat is hilarious! He's a rescued neutered male from our local shelter, and new to the home as of February. He was a lot smaller when we got him, but he's probably not gonna get a lot bigger. He has positively dainty paws, unlike my son's girlfriends cat, who's a huge Rag Doll cat, completely intimidated by this little guy!
