Billy has a lump on his ear. It is all mangled from him scratching it raw. Vet took cells to check for cancer. (Here we go again!) But at 14.5 years old if it is cancer it may be best to let him sleep. Pray that it is just an abcess.

Oh, no! Poor Billy. That is so awful. I will pray for him. I hope it is just an abscess.

Yep. Indeed. He also carries it to the middle of the room so he can start racing round with it again.

Initial results of the cell sample taken for Billy by the vet seems to show inflammation and infection. If the lump hasn't gone down by next week they said they would do a biopsy. But so far it is looking a bit better for him. Just to let you know.
