They email you when they put them in your account. You might also get them directly emailed to you.

Did you make sure the USB plug is pushed all the way into the charger? I had a problem with that at first when I got mine.

Waited six months to get in 1 + invite . Get a pre order confirmation on october 28th. On november first 1 + says payment error with pay pal. The money was there. November seventh they give me a new invite. November 14th payment goes through. november 19th, today, I received 1 +. I'm all excited, open it up nothing, still nothing. Any secrets on firing this up? or did I get a bad phone?

Did you try plugging it in? Maybe it's completely dead.

It's possible you did get a lemon. Unfortunately we can't look it over but if it won't charge I don't know. Have you used the charger it came with? Tried plugging into a different outlet? I'm sorry if you got a bad one. That's always a risk.

Got it to finally boot! Charged it for about 4 hours. Long pressed power button it would buzz, after about 15 seconds. did that about 5 times. Same thing buzz then black screen. tried holding power button down and volume button down at the same time. then held down power button and voila, the little sucker came to life!! Thanks for all your suggestions.

Is it rebooting without issue? If you have any issues it may be better to deal with it earlier rather than later
