AC-rom or Valepak

Sense ROMs have the Sense launcher, sense widgets, sense apps and all that other HTC crap. The NonSense roms don't. It definitely doesn't mean it's for advanced users though. NonSense roms are almost always faster and smoother than Sense roms. NonSense roms to me have a better feel to it. The only Sense ROM I ever used that I was able to shake off the HTC feel was Myn's. But Myn's is still slow. Which is again why i use Nonsense roms lol.

Jerzy did you even know you were drunk posting? I've heard of drunk texting and drunk dialing, but never drunk posting LOL.

I just installed myn and didn't like it either. I will go back to ac rom. I do like vaelpak. but i think its not for someone that has only been flashing roms for a total of 3 days. Maybe in a few weeks i'll advance to non sense roms. even though i like the look of sense better. i used titanium to back up some of the extras that came with vaelpak and maybe i can use them on ac rom. thanks for the help ppl. especially "igotsmeaevo4g" sorry if i misspelled that. he helped me boot into recovery mode after i screwed it up.

Make sure you do a NAND backup before you try installing some of the vael extras on AC. That way if something doesn't work right you have a backup to fall back to.

The hardest thing to get used to on vaelpak IMO is the launcher. They (ADW and LauncherPro) have so many options it can be overwhelming. But (IMO) they are better than Sense. I do like the Sense people and Sense dialer better than stock, though.

Just call me igotsa___ fill in the blank.

Seems like that's what everyone does anyways lol

I've tried vaelpak but always go back to baked snack. Is it strange that I just seem to find sense smoother and more responsive than launcher pro? Almost think I'm doing something wrong but launcher pro just seems laggy to me.
