Accents changing color? Launcher Pro

I wanted to know if anyone else has noticed this and can explain it. Sometimes - it seems random - the accent colors change throughout the system menus. For example when I initially installed Launcher Pro, the check marks would always be a light blue color. Then, suddenly they changed to the android green color.

This has happened in other accents throughout the system and I just don't get it...
