Access Denied Error on CMD Prompt

I just thought I would share a solution to a problem I ran into. When I ran the novacom boot message in cmd, I kept on getting an access restricted message. I thought it was a problem with admin privileges. The problem was that the ACMEinstaller was in a folder inside of Palm, Inc. I got rid of the folder and placed the program directly in the PALM, Inc folder. Install was fine.

I changed the command. Instead of typing "novacom boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller" I added .exe to make it "novacom.exe boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller.exe".
