access point name settings are not available for this user

[Android Central Question]

Hi. I bought ZTE nubia z18 mini and i cannot use mobile internet on phone becouse i cannot setup my own ASP settings. I got a message "access point name settings are not available for this user". There is no option to add settings. Can someone help me please?

If you bought it from your carrier, bring it to them and let them set it up.

If you bought it from a 3rd party, return it.

(According to Verizon's site, if you tap the ADD button in the top right corner, you should be able to add an APN.)
