Access to Hauwei watch 2 files

I am trying to get access to Hauwei watch 2 sports files via watch, phone or if possible laptop.

Is this possible via windows 10 laptop?

Sorry for the confusion.

The watch is a "Huawei watch 2 sports", and I would like to get access to the files on the watch from my latop if possible. These might be data from fitness apps etc or perhaps transfer files from windows laptop to watch such as mp3.

I have no idea whether this is possible
