Accessing smb share through Astro file manager?

Could some kind soul point me out how to connect to an smb share through the Astro file manager? Couldn't find a manual for Astro, and the few instructions I could find on the web seem to be outdated. Is Astro still alive, or are there better alternatives?

Not knowing what SMB was I had to look it up. For the rest of you in question;
The Server Message Block Protocol (SMB protocol) is a client-server communication protocol used for sharing access to files, printers, serial ports and other resources on a network. It can also carry transaction protocols for interprocess communication.

In the meantime I have a few questions that may help us get to an answer;
Is this something you used to be able to do or have done before?

Since there are a range of things that SMB is used for, which one or ones are you interested in?

What device do you have?

Since Win 10 1709, SMB support has been disabled. You may need to enable it through Windows features
