Accidentally deleted my os! Help!

I rooted my droid razr m with kingo root, but didn't back up anything. Yes, I know, I'm stupid. Well I accidentally deleted the whole android OS. And when I try to turn it on it stays on boot screen. What do I do? Someone please help!

download firmware from sammobile and flash it with odin
