Accidentally entered bootloader mode, how to get out.

Last night I powered off M8 and put on charger. This morning I took phone off charger and powered it on. I must have been pressing the volume button while powering on. Bootloader screen came on. How do I get out and back to phone mode without deleting data or otherwise causing damage.

The volume keys work as up and down buttons. Use those until the top option says "reboot" and then hit the power button.
