Android Central Question

Alright. Before this all happened, i had managed to Root it beforehand so i got a little excited and tried to update my Tab e SM T560, to a higher version, following a tutorial on XDA. I deleted everything in TWRP and then realised that i didnt download the higher version to an external sd card so it got deleted along with it. 'I'll just reboot and download it again. Big deal.' I said, and clicked to reboot. TWRP said something along the lines of 'no OS installed', but i clicked reboot anyways.
Yes, im a ******* dumbass.
Now its stuck on the samsung logo, and i cannot access download, or recovery, and Adb cant recognize my device. Every time i try to connect it, it shoes up as 'USB Serial Device' rather than samsung tab. Also not sure if USB Debugging is on. been trying to fix it for the past 2-3 days with no luck so im here.
At this point i have no idea what to do, and i wont be suprised if its hard bricked and irrecoverable.
But please help a stupid ***** out.
